The law stipulates that the reasonable costs of this professional assistance must be reimbursed by the liable party. However, there is a limitation: the insurer only reimburses the reasonable costs. Unfortunately, it can happen that a case requires more time and effort than the insurer is willing to reimburse.
We believe that the insurer's restrictions on reimbursement of reasonable costs should not be detrimental to the victim. Therefore, we will cover any legal costs the insurer chooses not to reimburse. If liability is not acknowledged, we will also cover these costs.
